Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

 The Accessible Customer Tracking web portal provide customers with many relevant purchase order status details. Information such as: PO Receipt Status, Delivery Status and Delivery Tracking Information is all available for your purchase orders. Please note that backorder status and pricing information will not be shown on this site.

 Customer will sign-up for the site using the Register link in the navigation menu. A unique username and password, which will be linked to company’s Sunpharma/Taro Customer Number will be provided. This ensure that no other customers can view another customers Purchase Orders.

Inquiries are done by going to the "Search PO's" page of this site and entering the Purchase Order Number(s) into the PO# field. (Please note that the PO number field is mandatory.) Additionally, users have the option of entering an NDC# into the NDC field. If both fields are used the results will show only details for the specific PO and Product that was specified.

If the Purchase Order(s) has been received by Sunpharma/Taro, you will see one of the following three status' displayed in the 'Status' column:

STATUS DESCRIPTION
PO Recvd PO had been received. Delivery has not yet been scheduled.
Delv in Warehouse Delivery has been created for the item(s) and is currently in Sunpharma/Taro warehouse for picking.
Shipped Product(s) had been shipped.  Select the Tracking Number  hyperlink to view the carrier status of the delivery.
